2018 Edition

Once again the Pontifical Institute of Sacred Music is offering a Chamber Music Festival.
The nature and the purposes of the Holy See Institute dedicated to the study of music for the approximately two hundred students who attend its classes are, first of all, musical training for the Liturgy and then the contribution to the development of musical art: all Western Art has been cultivated by the Church of the Latin rite and Music, as much as painting, sculpture and architecture, is deeply weave together with this history of culture and humanism. In this context, the translation of the musical, from the classroom to performance, is crucial.
