2014 Edition

The first edition of the ‘Concertando’ International Chamber Music Festival, brings together musicians of international significance, including British violinist Matthew Trussler. The proposed program of the various concerts – four of one hour each – is extremely eclectic, both in the composition of the performers’ ensembles and in the provenance – geographical and chronological – of the compositions, and is geared to bring both the audience of connoisseurs and listeners who more simply “enjoy” the musical experience. We are especially pleased that the series includes interpretations of contemporary works by British composer I. Wilson, and by Italian composer S. Presciuttini, as well as other important works from the chamber music repertoire.
